Our Story
MDC is a statewide program designed to provide support for pregnant and parenting people with a history of substance use. Eligible participants are 18 or older, are pregnant or parenting a child 36 months or younger and are concerned about their current or past experiences with substances. MDC also trains any regional continuum of care providers in principles of recovery, trauma informed teams/organizations, and parenting. MDC is committed to creating a collaborative, sustainable, seamlessly integrated continuum of care in each of our targeted regions.
